Daphne spent 25+ years working in corporate environments dealing with the hiring, development and internal movement of employees. She worked with all levels of employee, management and executive leadership, including:

  • Credentials in actuarial science and marketing.
  • Strong background in industrial-organizational psychology.

How Daphne Works with Her Clients

Daphne works one-on-one with each of her clients, supporting them through every step of her methodology to help them reach their end-goal. As part of this process, her clients inherently build their confidence and self-esteem.


Along the way, Daphne can step in with additional support in special situations, such as:

  • Juggling multiple offers/opportunities…if we’re so lucky! 😀
  • Reviewing offers of employment for red flags and negotiation points, and providing coaching on how to move forward.
  • Assisting with benefit and pension plan enrolment.
  • Support with initial probationary or year-end performance evaluations.

There is no fixed timeline for how long clients work with Daphne. Some clients quickly learn how to navigate the job market and then go it alone. Most work with Daphne until they get landed. Others continue to work with her after landing their new position for ongoing guidance and support to further their success. Daphne is available for as long as she’s wanted.


No matter what, Daphne is fully transparent and visibly accountable. In addition to providing ongoing detailed meeting summary notes to her clients, she may also connect with the client’s parents to keep them informed: their involvement and input can be insightful.
