Daphne discovered there’s a unique and under-serviced cohort of young adults age 18–34 years, who are in great need of the guidance and support that’s readily available on a corporate level. These young adults may be undergrads, recent college and university graduates, or even people who’ve taken that first job out of university, that isn’t the right fit and they don’t know how to get out or move on. So Daphne developed, tested and proved her own methodology for 1:1 coaching, and is now uniquely positioned to guide young adults on how to differentiate themselves and secure a job that will springboard their careers.

Daphne’s clientele of young adults varies by age, nationality, education, finances and personal situation. They include professional athletes, military personnel, and individuals with addiction and mental health challenges. She supports her clients throughout their entire career transition, and as an integral part of the process, she helps build their confidence and self-esteem. If it happens that a client is missing credentials or needs additional education to realize their goals, Daphne will explore the myriad of options there too.
